| International Schools |
Off the Page offers two types of day for International
schools and British schools abroad.
For
schools in Benelux, we can travel by van and bring exactly the same type of
equipment, artefacts and activities as we use in UK schools. We have worked
regularly and repeatedly at the British School in Brussels and at the
British School in the Netherlands, providing KS2 days on Egyptians, Tudors,
Romans, 1940s, and KS1 days on the Great Fire of London, Toys,
and Castles. We have also worked at St.George’s, Luxembourg, Antwerp
International School, The City International in Brussels, and The British School of Paris.
For
schools in other parts of the World, we have put together what we call "HOP in a suitcase" [History Off the Page in a suitcase]. This means
that we can tailor the activities to your needs and bring the equipment in
the aeroplane. So far we have been to the British Embassy School in Athens
for a three day booking which involved lots of practical work with each
class and a staff meeting. The school have agreed that it was extremely
successful. If you would like to be put in touch with someone there please
phone Peter or the school direct.
