A practical day involving children moving around a series of workshops designed to be thought- provoking, challenging and fun, to consolidate curriculum work already undertaken. All equipment will be provided by Science off the Page.

Workshops will include some or all of the following:

• Food chains

• Adaptation

• Materials [Rocks and fossils]

• Electric circuits

• Light

• Forces

• Structures

• Seed dispersal

• Close observational work using lenses and microscopes

The day will be led by either Alan Revill or Lee Marsh. Both are former science advisors and experienced teachers who have a love for the subject.
